How do we come to a decision whether an item passes, fails or is inconclusive ?
Our team evaluates the item utilizing our vast exemplar database to come to our professional decision before we will attach our unique serial numbered hologram to your item. Once passed we will enter the serial number for future verification. If we can not come to a decision you will not be charged, if the item fails authentication then we will credit your submission cost towards a future evaluation. Please email us for more details.
Where should I store my collection for optimal preservation?
Autographed items are best to store in a uv protective case available in the Sports Memorabilia hobby industry.
Do we offer a quick view evaluation?
Yes, email or text your clear photos to our email address for us to view to have an idea if you item will possibly pass the fail authentication process. Please allow 48 hours for a reply. There is a $5.00 fee that can be applied towards the final certification.
